Greetings from Betty Cutts to Dandelion Students

Recently, the Dandelion Children's Foundation had a ceremony to give out sponsorships to some of their 113 students that Blessing Hands supports in school. Tim Liao, our administrator in Guangxi, went to greet our students who range from kindergarten to high school.

Many of the students need sponsors to help them with their school expenses. We give $250 a year (1,800 yuan) to sponsored primary students, $312 (2,250 yuan) to middle school students, and $375 (2,700 yuan) to high school students. They all come from needy families. Please sponsor one.

Give hope to a child who wants to continue in school.

Parents and students fill out receipts and paperwork.

Blessing Hands is sponsoring 58 out of 730 students of all ages at En Hui School in Arunothai, Chiang Dao (清佬)Thailand. They are on the border of Myanmar where there are illegal drug traders, refugees from the civil war in Myanmar, and many poor families. Arunothai is the largest Chinese village in Northern Thailand. Usually, the local people speak the Yunnan Language as their main communication.

The school teaches Chinese and English in after school courses. They also have a House of Grace for 66 children who have no place to call home. Mavis Lai Pui Fun and Loke Su Han are our two volunteer administrators there. They are originally from Malaysia and have dedicated their lives since 2016 to serving the school. Mavis is the school's accountant, teaches English to the older students, and also trains older students to be volunteers. Loke is active in teaching music and English, and both visit the homes of poor families and students. We gave them two motorcycles last year to help with their travel.

These primary students need $101 a year for their school sponsorships. This includes their school fees.

Middle school kids need $127 a year for school sponsorship and older students need $145 a year.

Haisheng is in the 11th grade and needs $145 a year in school support. He volunteers a lot. You can give for him on our website.

Zhengfei is in the 11th grade and also volunteers with Mavis and Loke. Her support is $145 a year.

Nianci is a middle school student at En Hui. She needs $127 a year to stay in school. You can give for her sponsorship on our website.

Recently our Blessing Hands Board agreed to fund a music program that Mavis and Loke supervise. We want to raise $515 for drums, an electric keyboard, a microphone sound system, two guitars, a printer and ink, music stands, and other musical equipment. They want the equipment for a music class with the students. Will you help give $515 toward this music program? You can give just a part if you cannot give the whole gift.
